A graduate of Western University with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Poulin has proven that success isn't limited to the playing field. For Poulin, the end of his playing career was just the beginning of a new journey.

He brought his leadership and skill to the CFL until his retirement in 2021. After retiring, Poulin turned his focus to shaping the next generation of athletes. Starting as the defensive coordinator at College Bourget in Rigaud, Quebec, he is now the Head of Football fostering a culture of excellence and mentoring young players to reach their full potential. His leadership extends far beyond the field.
